TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping Tom Scott Studio INC. uses Fedex for all domestic orders. Fedex offers ground, 2 day, and standard next day delivery. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email once your order is received. A shipping confirmation with the shipments tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. We provide free ground shipping on orders over $250.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order (not including weekends or holidays).

PAYMENT METHODS

Tom Scott Studio INC. accepts PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are protected by Shopify and Stripe.

SALES TAX

Tom Scott Studio INC. charges sales tax for New York residents only.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be authorized before sending merchandise back. Send request to info@tomscottnyc.com. We are glad to accept returns on items that are in their original condition. Goods must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.

Swimwear and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we require that all merchandise be returned within 14 days of receiving return authorization from us. Original shipping fees are not refundable, returns must be sent via a trackable carrier. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Tom Scott Studio INC. is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, or damage of returned goods. Once merchandise is received a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Tom Scott requires up to 7 days of receiving merchandise to issue credit back. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back and a refund will not be granted.
